Terms and Conditions

•All rates are subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tourism tax.
•Unused package benefits cannot be exchanged for cash nor refundable.
•Full prepayment is required upon reservations, no cancellation nor amendment will be accepted. In the event of cancellation or no show, full charge will be levied.
•All guests must present the original credit card used in booking payment upon check-in for verification purposes. Should the original credit card cannot be provided,   Hotel reserves the right to decline guest check-in.
•At least one registered guest must be 18 years old or above per room.
•Free accommodation for up to 1 child aged 11 or below sharing the parents room, but using existing bedding.
•Third person charge (aged 12 or above) is at MOP 350, subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tourism tax (excludes food and beverage).
•Check-in time from 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability with additional charge.
•Hotel reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at its own discretion, without prior notice.
•In case of any dispute, the decision of Hotel Lisboa Macau shall be final.
