  • Hotel official check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out time is before 12:00

Cancellation Policies

  • Full prepayment is required upon reservation as full guarantee.
  • No cancellation nor amendment will be accepted once the booking is confirmed.

  • Space and bedding are subject to availability upon reservations.
  • Hotel dining credit can only be used during the stay and prior to check-out, at Guincho a Galera, Portas do Sol, New Furusato, Noite e Dia Café, Gallery Lounge, Cake Shop and In-room dining which the charges are required to sign bill and post to guest room folio.
  • Dining options are subject to operation of Food and Beverage outlets.
  • Unused hotel dining credit cannot be exchanged for cash nor refundable.
  • The dining credit cannot be used in conjunction with Porta do Sol all day savoury pass,another discount, promotion, festive items and menus.
  • Should there be any dispute occur, the decision of Hotel shall be final.
