Cancellation Policies

• Full prepayment is required upon reservations, no cancellation nor amendment will be accepted. In case of cancellation or no show, full charge will be levied.

• Space and bedding are subject to availability upon reservations.
• Hotel will charge in full for the reservation to the credit card provided. All guests must present the original credit card used in booking upon check-in for verification purposes with signature. Should the original credit card cannot be provided, Hotel reserves the right to decline guest check-in.
• Hotel dining credit can only be used during the stay and prior to check-out, at Guincho a Galera, Portas do Sol, New Furusato, Gallery Lounge, Cake Shop and In-room dining which the charges are required signing bill to guest room folio.
• Dining options are subject to operation of Food and Beverage outlets.
• Unused hotel dining credit cannot be exchanged for cash nor refundable.
• The dining credit cannot be used in conjunction with Porta do So all day savory pass, other discount, promotion, festive items and menus as well as specific set menus.
• Should there be any dispute occur, the decision of Hotel shall be final.
